At Daily Baking Company, we have always been about fresh baking, quality ingredients, and serving our community with care over the last ten years. We are excited to begin a new chapter. After many years of proudly working alongside our incredible team, we are honored to become the new owners of the Daily Baking Company.

Because we’ve been part of the bakery’s day-to-day operations, our commitment remains the same: the recipes you love, the quality you expect, and the friendly service that made Daily Baking Company a local Port Washington favorite.

We are deeply grateful to the previous owner, for the opportunity to carry on their legacy. Their dedication created the wonderful foundation we are privileged to build on.

As new owners, we are happy and excited to grow on tradition, while thoughtfully introducting new ideas, seasonal offerings, and even more ways to better serve our community and its loving people. Our products are made entirely from scratch from over 100 raw ingredients and almost no mechanical intervention. Our goal is to delight our customers with a wide range of fresh products. We feature naturally leavened hand-shaped breads, morning pastries, cookies, unique sandwiches and much, much more. 

Early every morning our bakers are hard at work creating small batch, artisanal products. Our items are intended to sell out during the day, so please stop in early for the widest selection. Feel free to call ahead and we’ll be happy to hold any items behind the counter until you arrive. 

Our kitchen is open-design (come and see for yourself!) We source our quality ingredients the same way we buy groceries for our families – using only natural ingredients, with no artificial additives.
